We’re Will and Selina—partners in life, family, and now business. Married for five years and proudly navigating the fun, chaos, and joy of our blended family of five kids, we’ve always believed that the best moments are the ones shared together.

With more than 15 years in the restaurant and bar industry, Will brings a seasoned understanding of hospitality and what it takes to create unforgettable experiences. After transitioning into a successful career in sales, one thing never changed: his passion for great service and great gatherings. Selina, an insurance professional of over 20 years, is the steady hand and strategic mind who knows how to make big ideas happen.

One of those ideas started on an ordinary day in Cheyenne, Wyoming, when we stumbled across a 1973 horse trailer with a whole lot of charm—and just enough rough edges to spark our imagination. We brought her home, rolled up our sleeves, and transformed her into Saddle & Sip, a beautifully restored mobile bar ready to elevate any celebration.

Today, Saddle & Sip brings vintage character and handcrafted cocktails to weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, birthdays, and every memorable moment in between. She may have a few signs of her age, but that’s part of her story—and part of her charm.
